Danail Hristov

Danail Hristov is a critical thinker and independent Bible scholar for a few decades who has published a dozen articles and three books. The author has formed a unique point of view while living with Christian nurture in atheistic Bulgaria for almost half a century.
Dealing in the field of popular religious culture, biblical criticism, and humanism, Danail’s writings investigate some little-discussed and controversial issues, such as the roots of Christian hypocrisy, the materialistic thinking behind the mask of spirituality, and bleak prospects for the younger generation in scriptural literature and teachings. At the same time, they suggest alternative thinking and provoke the thought of a higher level of responsibility in the hope of better future.
